If you email us or send us a WhatsApp message, we receive your contact details and the content of your message in order to answer your question. The necessary retention period depends on handling your enquiry, any ongoing matter and applicable legal obligations. You can ask which data we still hold and request deletion. The current product links do not generate commission. When you follow a seller link, you visit that seller’s website and its own privacy and cookie terms apply. Some Naramtu pages display product images loaded directly from manufacturer, retailer or Wikimedia servers/CDNs. When your browser loads such an external image, that provider may receive technical request data such as your IP address, browser information and the referring page, subject to that provider’s privacy policy.
